  Drake Heath was the technician who performed the work to get my garage door working. Drake was on time with a great friendly upbeat attitude and smile. He did a great job explaining the cost and warranty options and the spring options. He told me he has been doing this garage door work for 5 years which made me feel like he new what he was doing before starting the job. He really checked things out before doing job explaining everything. Because of his professionalism i felt i could trust him and comfortable with him doing the work. Therefore I let him do the job after getting the cost in front. Drake really did a great job installing the new parts and inspecting everything on the garage door. I am very happy with the service to get garage door working. Drake Heath is really a great technician and great at communicating skills. Drake is a special guy and very professional.

  Drake was fantastic when he gave me the quote. He wasn’t at all pushy, but clearly explained all my options with his professional opinion. I felt very comfortable talking with him and that I was getting a good deal. Chris did the installation. He was on time and arrived at the beginning of the work window. He was also very courteous and respectful of my property. He got the old one out and new one completely finished within three hours. It looks great. The warranties were explained clearly and he made sure I understood how everything works. Both men were very professional. The door was ordered and ready in two weeks like they promised. I was contacted as soon as the door came in to schedule the installation. I’m very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for garage door help.

  We recently had a garage door spring break, which completely locked us out of the garage. It was a bigger hassle than we expected—especially since we keep our garbage bins in there and garbage day was coming up fast! Drake from Door Serve Pro came to the rescue. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and honestly just a pleasure to deal with. From the moment he walked in, he felt like one of the family—very down to earth, friendly, and most importantly, he gave off a safe, trustworthy presence in our home. He started with a quick inspection to assess the problem and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. While replacing the broken garage door springs, he also noticed that the hinges, rollers, and bearings needed some attention. He replaced the rollers (12 count with 4” stems), serviced the center bearing, and performed a full 29-point inspection. What really stood out was the care he took. Drake didn’t rush—he made sure everything was done correctly, took the time to explain the work in detail to me in person, and even called my husband at work to walk him through everything as well. He truly went above and beyond. We were so impressed with the whole experience. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and thorough garage door service, I can’t recommend Drake and Door Serve Pro enough.
