  I am impressed with scheduling and diagnostic eval. For around $200 you can get a tech out on a day and time of your choice. I am disappointed in pricing for parts however. We were quoted $1000-$1200 for a spring. Local Winchester garage repair businesses are quoting $500-$550 for the same spring. The tech did get the garage working temporarily as well and that is appreciated. UPDATE: Tech came out from another company and we do NOT NEED the $1000-$1200 dollar spring Door Serv Pro recommended!! I can not fathom companies lie like this!! 🤬. Out another $200 for new tech out WOW just WOW.

  Fantastic garage door repair from Master Technician Nate Goodwin. You know, it's not just the spring. Nate measured the door, weighed the door then selected the right spring for the door. Installed the spring, noted a cracked drum, replaced two drums, set the static door open height, lubricated the axle bearings and door rollers. Nice to talk to with good spring stories, about the ones that got away, so to speak. You know the joke, if you watch add $100, if you help add $200, Nate was happy to answer questions without charging me extra. Also, he did not run over the mailbox pulling into the driveway. Bonus...he took the broken spring away with him though we talked about using it on the snowman. Highly recommend.

  If you're within a 60-mile radius of Frederick, Maryland, you're lucky because Door Serv Pro has one of the best technicians serving this area -- Jacob Hoffmann. Jacob was very knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and professional in his comprehensive examination of my garage door. He was able to diagnose the issue and alert me to other areas of possible concern that I didn't even know about. Jacob clearly explained the process to repair our door and gave me several options without feeling pressured to choose. The estimates are free, and the company also offers a military discount. The repair cost was reasonable. Jacob was able to complete the repair job quickly and efficiently, and then walked me through the repairs to prove the door was in full operating status before he left. He ensured I was satisfied with his work, and was an all-around pleasure to have service our home. (You did a great job raising this young man, Susan!)   Nate was prompt to arrive on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issues presented which was poor performance with the remote openers and gave us an alternative one that worked better with the actual opener unit. He gave suggestions for replacements that we could order through Amazon and performed the multipoint inspection of our unit. Overall it was a good experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal experience with Door Serv Pro. From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the best service calls I’ve had in a long time. Nathan was the technician who came out, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and just an all-around great guy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Every “T” was crossed, every “I” was dotted. The work was clean, thorough, and done with real pride in craftsmanship. My garage door is now running smoother and quieter than it has in years, and the whole process was stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers this level of professionalism and quality, but Door Serv Pro absolutely nailed it.
