    I recently hired Conformed Roofing Experts to replace my old roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully, and walked me through all my options. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and kept the site clean every day. By the time they finished, my roof looked fantastic and I felt confident in the quality and durability of their work.

    We contacted Classic for new gutters, as I saw they had great reviews on Google. I regret this decision. They end up subcontracting a local gutter company (A1) that was very sloppy, left the area a mess, and installed several gutters incorrectly to where they were leaking. Although Classic didn't technically installed them, they've been the worst to work with for repairs. We're still dealing with issues well after a year of installation. If you can get Classic to pick up the phone, they will gaslight you and tell you they will give you a call back, but they won't. The receptionist is rude and refuses to provide any sort of timeframe for when you might expect to hear back. Terrible customer service. If you choose companies based on high Google reviews like I do, DON'T let this one fool you. They are not a high quality company, from my experience and I will never use them again.

    Impossible to get ahold of for repairs. Might be good for getting your roof done but once they are gone, good luck! I have been calling daily for a week and nothing.

    This place was late , rude , and unprofessional. Thank god my friend recommend Threadgill professional roofing, they made me feel like they actually cared and they did an amazing job . You can find them on yelp they are a family owned business who has real values .

    The best I have a geodesic dome home the hardest to roof It was done with all the corners. I offer every positive adjectives I could say. Just ask all I will say is yes yes yes. Work with them on your roof. You will be glad you did. Tommy mullins. Madison wv
