This was a big hard job and they never skipped a beat. Clean up was above and beyond. They kept me posted on all aspects of the install. When done, they walked us around, showed us all the windows, did a demonstration and reminded us of the warranty. I’m beyond pleased. The windows look amazing! This was a hard complex install. We have a 125 year old historic property that had very old broken windows. The transformation is amazing! Thank you!

They made sure I was happy with the job, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. There was an issue of one window not being measured or ordered, no big deal it can be fixed. When I called the office, Nicole was extremely unprofessional with an it's not my problem attitude. This whole situation has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth. We used Window World to not have issues like can be had with contractors, I never dreamed the attitude that was given today would have happened. The office crew definitely needs some customer service training!!!

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
