    This call was part of my maintenance plan. The technician found no issues that needed fixing today, and showed me pictures of things that could be a problem in the future. I felt the check was very thorough and really appreciated the pictures.

    I called Groggs HVAC this morning at 8:30am to service our tenant damaged heat pump , the service technician was there at 9:30. He checked and fixed some issues and had the furnace back on by 11am. They also scheduled a technician to come out Monday and give us an estimate for a new heat pump. They are local and they have done a great job doing work for us on our rental property. We have their warranty program subscription and it covered the charges.

    Something to be said about reliability. I have the subscription for HVAC maintenance. Grogg’s shows up when they are scheduled and does a professional job while here. Maybe more expensive than others but peace of mind is worth it.

    Had a tech from Groggs come out to look at clogged toilet and drain issues. Tech was friendly polite and genuine. No complaints there. However Groggs charges $848 to pull a toilet and snake a drain. Extremely over priced. I called a locally owned plumber who did it for 330 bucks. Groggs out here charging an arm and leg while probably paying their techs crap. Then the office lady calls me to see if we can proceed to fixing it. I said no you’re way over priced her reply “ they offer financing” lol nah I’m not about that life. I paid their $99 service fee that’s it. Stay local The Techs 10/10 The Company 0/10
