- MBMary BeveridgeOct 30, 20255.0I had a major clog in my bathroom sink. Grogg's sent Dakota and he put drain opener crystals down my drain. My sink was still clogged. He said he didn't have the correct size snake and that my pedestal sink would have to be removed in order to get to the pipe. I called Grogg's back the next day and they agreed to send someone out again free of charge with the correct snake. Richard came a week later and used a small snake down the drain without removing my sink. We ran water numerous times in the sink and it drained freely. Richard gave the credit to the first guy that came saying the crystals had a week to work. I don't know if it worked because of the snake or the crystals or both but the water drains freely now and I'm happy. They were both very nice guys and both deserve credit.
