  Normally spot on but $600 over the weekend, told to leave water running to help thaw (not a drip, RUNNING) on Friday. No hot water Monday. Called multiple times and stonewalled by a receptionist. They ignored the heat tape that was ripped off pipes. Messaged Sal on Tuesday he said he forwarded the message to the owner and this is now 2 days later and nothing.

  Bombardiere Plumbing and Heating will always be my number one choice for any service I might need. I own some rental properties and with that comes the occasional issue. They always aim to help as best and as fast as they can. Their customer service is outstanding and the team that takes care of the problem at hand is always professional and efficient. I can’t recommend them enough.
