- DBDennis BaileyFeb 17, 20261.0They refuse to help you if your generator is attached to an RV! Even though they say they offer comprehensive support and service, they absolutely DO NOT. So if you need help with a generator, just make sure it’s not connected to an RV cause these guys will simply say “we can’t help you with that”. Makes no sense. They obviously have too much business to care, or they’re lazy. Either way, you’re probably better off going somewhere else.
