From all of the DRB employees to all of the employees of one of their preferred lenders (Atlantic Coast) Emily from sales was friendly, nice, helpful and never gave off car salesman type vibes at all which I appreciate. Never pressured and was there to help. She was great to work with. I especially want to thank Richard the construction manager. I did my due diligence as best as I could during the construction process. Poking around, making visits, 3rd party inspections, etc.. He addressed every concern (which were just small things and not many at all) was always very reasonable, understanding, communicated well and kept a good attitude through out. I enjoyed and had a lot of fun working with him. I truly appreciate his effort and help with everything. Overall, i can't think of how the process of buying a new construction home could have been any better. Thanks
