    Just wanted to thank DRB especially Josh the salesman for DRB. He is a joy and pleasure to have worked with. He did an awesome job with putting me in the right and beautiful home. Everything I wanted in a home Josh made it happen for my husband and I. Josh I am so grateful for you and I really appreciate and thank you so much. If I could give Josh and DRB 10 stars I would.     would never recommend this builder. Within just a few months of moving into my new home, I discovered a window that leaks every time it rains. I contacted the builder right away, assuming the home warranty would cover such an obvious defect—but it’s been nothing but excuses and delays. The warranty department was completely unhelpful. They sent someone to “correct”the problem to never really rectify the situation. The leak has since caused water damage to the wall, and I’m left footing the bill for repairs on what’s supposed to be a new home. For the price I paid, I expected quality construction and at least decent customer service. Instead, I’ve had nothing but frustration, wasted time, and extra expenses. Save yourself the headache—look for a builder who actually stands behind their work.

    After some early frustrations with communication and warranty delays at King’s Crossing, I’m happy to say things have turned around. Sam and Logan stepped in and personally ensured that all issues were addressed quickly and professionally. Their attention to detail and follow-through made a huge difference. I appreciate their effort and commitment to making things right — thank you both !
