The day I go to pick it up they say they don't have a trailer for it which I reserved as well and then proceeded to tell me the equipment was to big for that trailer anyway but they were gonna send me down the road in it?? Since this has happened several times before i called the manager to make a complaint and insead of assisting with the problems hMark just hangs up and i call back and he is not in the office anymore?? tDoesn't make much sense . Last rental was 4 hours late being delivered and was still charged the maximum amount even after I said I no longer needed it. Save yourself the trouble and find another rental place
