  The day of instillation they couldnt get our door in, said we needed new wood under the door that we had to install and buy, had to keep the back door boarded up with plywood for two weeks before they could come back out. Finally get the door in everything looks nice from the inside they showed me how to lock it and left I went outside to FaceTime my mom to show her and when I stepped out on my back porch to see from the outside I stepped on a huge rusty 3 inch nail staple that went into my foot 2 inches , I was in shock I went and got a tetanus shot they gave me antibiotics and a x ray and called and let them know that things were left on the porch and I wanted something done about it and the response I got was “this has never happen before I don’t know what you want us to do about it” the 350$ clean up fee could have been reimbursed or even a I’m so sorry would have made me feel better but it’s a shame that they neglected to clean it all up I had to suffer for a week and miss work with a hurt foot and have 3 little ones. The door also would not lock for me the next day and they had to come back out to fix it cause it wasn’t bent in right apparently. It was overall a poor experience that I was excited for and have never heard from them even months later.

  We needed to replace 2 small windows in both bathrooms. We had Pella windows installed 6 yrs. earlier but the 2 we wanted to replace were difficult to open, so we went to Window World. We ordered the 2 windows, waited 6 weeks and they came and installed them. But instead of leaving our Pella windows they took them. I called the business immediately and asked Jerri to please put our name on our windows as we wanted them back. They were perfectly good triple sealed windows. She said she would take care of that and call us back. She never called back, so I called her back. She said she had text me which she had, but being in the elderly spectrum we were expecting a phone call. She had Everett talk to us about saving the windows and to come out and take very sharpedges off of the lift bar of both windows. He said he would call us back with a schedule date and to find out about our windows. He never did. A week later week called again. We spoke with Mathew. He said he was going to call us back when he found out windows. I also told him I was very disappointed in the quality if the windows and would probably never use them again. (My father was a builder and I have a great deal of knowledge in this area). Mathew said they called to set up an appointment but we didn't answer. I said why didn't you leave a message, we have an answering machine. He had n o answer for this. Finally they called scheduled a appointment to buff out the sharp edges. They were a no show for that day and did not call us to say they were m=not coming. They rescheduled. The day before they called to let us know that they were coming. My husband asked if they had our windows and Everett said yes they had them and he would bring them to us. Upon his arrival we asked about our windows and he became a bit upset by us asking and said that our windows were put in the dumpster and taken to the dump. We never told them, to take our windows away. We had another use for them but they took it upon themselves to take (steal) our perfectly good windows. I feel like we were taken advantage of because of our age, and I feel they stole from us. I feel they were very shady when dealing with us and want to warn the public about this company.
