My mother called your office and told you as well as this review. This was work done for Jenny Fultz at 113 Dutch Lane in Beckley. He installed two thermostats .
- SSSandy StrogenJan 3, 20265.0Have to say I do like this company have done business with them for over 30 years, they installed my heat and air unit and any time they have been here ive been pleased with the workers very respectful and kind, my doby dog loved Lorenzo and seen that he has a good soul animals know they see through us. I did have sticker shock but also realized it had been over 10 years since they had been to my location. Love the company would recommend them to all.

Childers was able to send a technician, Julius S., by the next hour where he and the other technicians quickly, efficiently and professionally resolved the issue giving me access to a hose I could finally use (hasn't been working for a long while) as well as being able to turn my water back on. These guys have always been available even when other local technicians don't answer so while the price might seem high to some I will say that, to me, the quality of work I have received so far has warranted the price tag and I'm satisfied. Thanks again to Julius S. and his fellow technicians for the work and service that they provide.

At first he only had Wednesday to get us scheduled but he calked back a couple hours later and they fit us in same day. We could not be happier and would use them again.
- JJJackie L Robinson JrDec 21, 20255.0Hi, my technician was Earl L. & what a plus for your company 👍👌 We had copper pipes that came apart at the joint & the main shut off was faulty & stuck open so I had to shut off the water at the meter 😳 It looked like a flood had came thru! Upon arrival, Earl was very friendly & patient while I moved some items so he could work without too much restriction. He went right to work & put in the new line & to my surprise, A new ball valve to shut the water off easily when something else happens with the pipes. I enjoyed what time Earl was here & what a skilled job he did! Im very greatful for Childers & the technicians they employ 😊 I hope all of you have a Wonderful Holiday Season ❄️🎄❄️
