  My semi yearly maintenance was performed by Tyler T. He was very cordial and pleasant. He was willing to answer any questions and performed tests on both the inside and outside units. He indicated all things were working properly and that we should be in good shape for the upcoming summer.

  Very pleased with my new HVAC install. Childers Enterprises has been great to work with from start to finish. Richard B and Taylor S were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job and it’s evident they take pride in their work! Highly recommend!

  Great over all experience the team that came out and did the install Taylor and Richard and top notch for service, professionalism, cleanliness and just over all great people. Chad, the gentleman that came and did the estimate was top notch as well with great knowledge of the systems, great professionalism and an awesome person. 10 out of 10 recommend and will use again

  So we just purchased a Rinnai tankless water heater, to save money on the ridiculous AEP electrical bill, and to have enough hot water for the whole household all the time. No more staggering showers and the operation of appliances. It was more than we wanted to spend, but that's because our installation required the replacement of 70+ feet of gas trunk line throughout house which is very expensive. We happened to have at the time, a gas range/oven on order to replace the older electric one. They graciously added a gas bib through the floor in the kitchen while they were replacing all the gas pipe, we were very appreciative. I was impressed by the communication between the salesman Brandon, the crew Supervisor Rob, and the Tech Dallas, and his helpers Dustin, CJ, and Josh. I relayed door codes and guest wi-fi passwords,and some pertinent instructions to Brandon, and when I saw the crew that day when I got home, the information had been appropriately shared with the entire crew, this is unusual in this day and age. The demeanor of the entire crew was professional, yet down to earth at the same time, they all took time to explain the what's and why's of what they were doing, while being obviously knowledgeable at the same time not talking down to us. The installation was exceptionally clean, and professional, I included a photo. I was very pleased with the functional yet aesthetically pleasing (as much as an appliance can be) installation. Everyone I dealt with throughout this process exhibited an unwavering commitment to professionalism and customer service. I am a very brand/company loyal type person and if this is what I can expect consistently from this company, I will not use any other company for any service I can get through them.

  I am writing this review for the new heating and cooling system Childer's Enterprises installed at the Memorial United Methodist Church Parsonage in Summersville, WV. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The job came with a new furnace, air conditioning and duck work. The job was recently completed and we are more than happy with the results. The technicians, Josh and Wesley, were very professional and courteous during this week long venture. They came in, studied what was there, developed a plan, and continued to work the plan, even with the challenges it presented. Josh kept myself informed about what was planned and asked for approvable before proceeding. I had complete trust in his work and professionalism. All who assisted in this project done great work. I would highly recommend Childer's for your heating and cooling projects.
