The ac system started to act up again in a month and when I called back, they said leaks are not covered under warranty. BE CAREFUL AND HAVE PAPERS SIGNED WITH ALL INFO IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THESE GUYS DO THE WORK.

I was told it would be about $600 and would arrive on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told that technician no longer worked there and that he didn’t order the part. Then I was told the part I needed was $800 and I needed another part for $100. Also, I was charged 1 hour of labor (over $90) for the technician to pick up my part in Princeton. I would have gladly driven to Princeton to pick it up or paid for overnight shipping ($40). I don’t believe this company is honest or ethical.
