  I don't recommend Elite Refrigeration AT ALL. They have been working on our oil furnace for over a month now putting various parts on to the tune of thousands of dollars. And each time they say it's fixed, the furnace lasts a couple of hours, part of a day, or maybe a couple of days. It's gotten ridiculous! And this is FOR a small business. They know that we have lost multiple days being closed because their fixes haven't worked, and they made it VERY clear they don't care. NO fix has worked, but that's not even the worst of it. While their techs were at least nice and professional acting, most of their office staff are some of the most rude people I've ever spoken to in a business. Yesterday when I called to report that the furnace had stopped again, one of the women outright said to me that our business "wasn't a priority" for them. That was some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She said with quite an attitude she would send a tech out "at some point" the next day. Another staff member hung up on me when I asked too many questions. And one swore to me that they didn't do work that they absolutely did...AND CHARGED US FOR....and that broke again, too! They "fixed" the pipes to a sump pump....that isn't working either. That woman also hung up on me and canceled the tech they were going to send. But since none of them have actually fixed the furnace, I guess that doesn't matter. They're happy to CHARGE for NOT fixing furnaces though. Every single person I talked to told me they wouldn't let me speak to a manager at all...and each had a different excuse as to why, so you could tell it wasn't true. They made up complete lies to me directly on every point, even on what I had said or agreed to...moments after I said it. It was bizarre. I have never seen anything quite like it, although you do hear about those bad businesses. This is one of THOSE. They've been a nightmare to work with internally. So I would tell anyone to stay FAR AWAY from this company. They will take your money over and over, but NOT fix the problem. If you ask questions or complain, they'll let you know in no uncertain terms that customers don't matter. THEN they'll leave you in a lurch at the last minute in a very nasty way. I'm guessing from the behavior of ao many that this is a top down issue within the office. This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with...both a rip off AND rude about it. (I see online that there have been various complaints about them to the Better Business Bureau. But I've now been told West Virginia no longer has one? There are other ways to make complaints about businesses that screw you over.)

  This company has always been great to work with. Not only are they knowledgeable they are caring. My mom has been without heat for 2 days besides the space heater she has. I called on Monday asking if they could get someone to her since the propane company has not shown up and she called 3 weeks ago, I explained that my mom is blind in one eye, partially blind in the other eye, is very anxious and I was worried about her as the other hvac company had fixed her thermostat to where she couldn’t change it. I asked if they could have the tech call me prior to them getting there so I could let her know as she is very cautious about people coming in. Levi called me this morning while on his way to my moms, I explained the issues and I am all she has, told him she may be very anxious but if he needed anything he can call me while he is there. After Levi left my mom called me and said he fixed it so her heat pump comes on, was very calm and understanding when she spoke to him and was very sweet and caring. She said that she was at ease with him and did not feel anxious or uncomfortable. This is how they are. Every person that I have dealt with there has been understanding, caring and got things fixed quickly. Definitely calling in the spring to get them to hook her up on gas heat so we don’t have this issue again. If you want someone reliable and not cold hearted, this is the company you want.

  Fast response and very friendly and knowledgeable. Levi, one of their technicians, is top notch - quick diagnosis and took the extra time to explain his methods and findings. Recommended 👍🏼

  The staff is very friendly and professional and will always be my go-to for any repairs I’ll ever need! Quick and efficient & I highly recommend Elite!!!
