- ROrobert oconnorApr 16, 20261.08 years ago they replaced one of my heat pumps and it cost me $9,000. 2 years ago they replaced the other heat pump in my house, which is smaller than the first one that was replaced, and it cost me $14,000. After 2 years a part failed on the unit that was just replaced, and they were going to charge me for the part and the labor. After arguing they did take off the cost of the part. And even though I was told that I had a warranty when I purchased this unit, they are not abiding by the warranties. Since the new owner took over the company, their service has gone downhill, and all of their prices have gone up. Over the last 10 years I've spent over $25,000 with this company, and they will not guarantee their work. Call someone else, these guys will rip you off.
