  What a great expierence with Badgerland Overhead Door! The receptionist friendly, and got me on the schedule quickly. I was unsure what size door I had, but knew that I needed a spring replaced. They had a tech at my house same day, and while they wernt able to replace the spring(special size spring), the tech(Chris) had lubed the spring that was still good, and clamped the other one to atleast get us working until the new one could come in. Fast forward about 3-4 days, they had me back on the schedule and my door fixed the next day. Very pleasant, and hassle-free service. And Chris was very knowledgeable and kept.me informed throughout the whole process. I will deffinatly do business with them again in the future, and refer them to anyone in need as well!

  Badgerland was already part of my house when I moved in as they put in the door to begin with. When I was leaving for work yesterday my door decided to stop working and after a few minutes of trying to fix it myself (I thought it was a safety light beam issue) I just disconnected the door from the pulley and put it down. I only have the dog at home regularly and a full day of work so when I called Badgerland after getting to work they said they didn't need anyone home to take care of the issue. And that's exactly what happened! They fixed the problem, took care of some other (long overdue and needed) basic service and then locked it all up again for me so that it was working perfectly again when I got home, leaving an invoice on the front door. Very VERY Impressed with Badgerland and their service techs and will Always use them going forward...I've also had to stop in the office for help with my remote in the past and the office staff is just as helpful and knowledgeable as their techs!! 100% Excellent all the way around!! Very happy they were already part of my house!!

  I just had my garage door opener replaced by Badgerland and everything from consultation, pricing, appointment scheduling and finally installation by Chris was done with professionalism and transparency. Chris took the extra time to help me set up the MyQ app on my phone which is a awesome feature on the new Liftmaster #6580L unit. Also they replaced my garage door about 5 years ago which was another positive experience. Thanks again to Jerry and his crew on a job well done!! Highly recommended!!

  Badgerland Overhead Door has been awesome to work with. Corey’s knowledge is top notch, and Jodi is always great with communication and scheduling. Their showroom is a huge plus for helping clients pick out colors and styles. I’ll continue using them on all my projects, highly recommend!

  You simply cannot beat the service at Badgerland Door. Tyler was driving by my place, noticed my door wasn’t closing all the way, and stopped to fix it completely unprompted. He had it handled in minutes. This level of character and initiative is why I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend!
