  Joe and Zach were very thorough and did a good job. Disappointing to be charged so much to unclog a drain. A plunger did not work so it created a “next level” of charges, which was over $500. We needed sink unclogged and they had everything apart. During the course of removing the drain, it broke. I was watching and he said he didn’t crank it that hard. Another $200. Billing very confusing. A coupon did not look like it had been applied. It was listed, but did not say “coupon applied” like the other. Called and service manager agreed and apologized and was going to credit my credit card. 5 minutes later a receptionist calls to say it was applied after all. Apparently there is confusion in the office how to read a bill.

  We recently hired Maxwell-White to complete several projects in our home. Tim and Jaymeson replaced multiple faucets, installed a new garbage disposal, and did a bathoom update. We could not be more satisfied with the results. From the start, Lori, part of their in-store team, pointed us in the right direction and answered our many questions. Everyone was professional. punctual, and easy to communicate with. Tim and Jaymeson's work was quick and seamless, and they took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving. Their craftsmanship and quality of work were outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled plumbing professsionals.

  Tyler was spot on with difficult diagnosis. Brndon was great and kind. Joe was truly the star of the show. Yes I know it's a business and you need to make money. Joe happily took initiative to help and educate me without trying to calculate what he should charge. It took him 5 minutes (which is much less than it would cost to run cameras through my pipes!) and I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. He was more focused on my need than making money. A rare trait! If it had been extensive or reqired parts I would have gladly paid. Joe is who I want to come out next time. The others are welcome as well because they were great but focused more on $ than me. Please take note Bill! Ashley was super sweet and kindly tolerated me - big kudos!

  The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a remodel to my home. They lie to you about the qualities of there products and lie about how much time it takes to complete the project. We had planned in the fall to remodel our two bathrooms. We were told it would be done by December 3rd. March 25th it was actually done. And they lie and leave a mess all over your home. I have had to clean up so much after them. They sell you a bathtub that they apparently don't know how to install so you just have to shower everyday on uneven ground, every morning. Don't hire this company, they are horrible and I still have payed the whole bill when they promised it would be quick and fast. 29,000 thousand dollars for two bathrooms that took 4 months to complete. Find somewhere else to do your home repair, this company is horrible.

  In one word 'OUTSTANDING". I was very impressed as with prior services from Maxwell-White for the workmanship performed. A camera inspection revealed a collapsed pipe from one drain stack preventing the use of a basement washer and basin tub. The plumbing is circa 1968 and not in the best shape. Drain pipes were cleaned and relined ( a fascinating process). One of the old drain stacks was replaced with new PVC pipes and the damage section sealed off. New PVC plumbing for the upstairs kitchen drain and new basement sink basin and water softener were connected to the new PVC drain stack. A lot of the work required cutting into the basement slab to reach the underground drain pipes to have new PVC pipes installed, dirt refilled and new concrete added to the sections replaced. I want to thank the team involved (Ethan, Brady, Willy, Preston & Brendon) who showed excellent team ship. I would welcome Maxwell-White and these individuals should I ever need further services. Thank to everyone involved!
