  Water softener wasn't working. Tom & Bennett analyzed problem and I decided to have it replaced. They had everything needed to complete the job, without making another trip. They were both friendly and did a nice & neat job of removal and installation. My thanks to Tom and Bennett for the great service.

  Our service need was to understand our current water testing and make a firm determination of a water conditioner. Tom and Bennett took the lead to provide the needed information to make a decision and install the new home filtration/conditioning system. Tom has a vast knowledge of the industry and takes the opportunity to mentor-teach Bennett "all things". The TEAM of Tom and Bennett provided recommendations, answered our questions, and did what is right for our household. Communication and the overall professionalism were beyond 5 stars if those objectives were taken into consideration. My wife and I are very thankful and appreciative for what Maxwell-White has done for us. I'm sure reviewers will ask about price. More than affordable with the top of quality conditioners. In addition to the price is the warranty that is offered. As always, do your homework when making a major decision for the betterment of your house. And when you are done with reviews, go back to Maxwell-White as the choice company for a water conditioner installation. Thank you Gents!   My experience all around was fantastic. I called about having my water softener looked at since it was starting to leak somewhere, and I did not want this to become a bigger problem in the future. The staff was helpful in setting up a time that worked for the both of us, also to tell me what to expect and the process they go through when the tech is there looking at the situation. The day of the appointment went very smooth. The office assistant called me in the morning telling me the time when the tech will come out and arrive. They were spot on. Bennett was the tech that came out and looked at my situation and addressed it with professionalism. He answered any questions I had about the water softener as well as how it functions. He was very friendly, and understanding (little dogs sure can bark a lot aha). He gave me 3 quotes for a solution, which was helpful to gauge what would be the correct choice for me, or what I would believe would be the best for this time. After I chose the specific quote, Bennett got to work right away and in an hour, everything was completed. After he was done, he provided me the manual, and showed me specifics about the water softener before leaving. I am very happy and pleased with Maxwell-White, and will continue using their service in the future. Thank you!

  Tom was polite, courteous, and efficient. He helped me choose the right filter for our home filtration needs. Install was quick. We are very happy with the service Tom provided.
