  Joe and Brendon arrived on time and quickly got to work at cleaning out our sewer line. They were here for about 2 hours and when they left you would have never known they were even here. They cleaned up so well after they completed their job. Joe explained and showed us what the line looked like before they left as well. What an awesome group of people. This company goes well out of their way to do an exceptional job. Ben was the first person to come and open the sewer line, and he as well as Joe and Brendon were really great people to work with. As a company you should be very pleased that these men are your employees. And if you are looking for a great company to do any kind of plumbing or remodeling your bathroom or frankly whatever you need this is the company you want. Thank you to Maxwell White for always being there when we need you and for the outstanding work and awesome employees.

  I can't say enough about the service we get when we use Maxwell-White Plumbing. We have been using Bill and his team for over 32 years. We could not be happier. Jamison was just out and installed a utilty sink in our basement and a slide bar nozzle in our master bath. Thanks Jamison for the outstanding service!

  Outstanding Service — Truly Above and Beyond I cannot say enough positive things about technicians Joe Peterson and Brenden from Maxwell-White Plumbing. These gentlemen delivered service that far exceeded expectations. Beyond being highly knowledgeable and technically skilled, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care throughout the entire visit. They were polite, thorough, and extremely competent at what they do. Not only did they resolve the immediate issue of my frozen pipes, but they also took the extra step to identify and address the root cause. I experienced a similar issue last year, and their level of concern in ensuring this would not become a recurring problem truly stood out. That level of integrity and ownership is rare. I had contacted multiple plumbing companies prior to calling Maxwell-White, and prices continued to escalate with no clear value. In contrast, this was top-tier service delivered at a very reasonable price — an outstanding return on investment. To say I appreciate the service provided today would be an understatement.   I want to compliment Ben, Joe and Brendon on the great job they did on my sewer line. They cleaned the tree roots out all the way to the septic tank. Everything has been working working very good; going down nicely with no bubbling up or gurgling noses. They were kind, courteous and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Also want to compliment Chase on the nice job he did on reinstalling the toilet the last time. It made Joe and Brendon’s job much easier this time. Thank you all very much. Once again Maxwell White lived up to their reputation. If you want it done right go with Maxwell White!

  Great customer service from the office to the service technicians. Jaymeson provided multiple options for my water heater and explained pros and cons of each. I didn't feel pressured to chose one option over the other and felt I was able to make a well informed decision because of his explanation. He also was able to fix another plumbing issue at the same visit. I had only expected to get an estimate for repair for my shower drain, especially since another plumbing company had already spent 4 hours on the same problem, but Jaymeson and the apprentice with him were able to resolve it. I am extremely grateful, and I have already been recommending Maxwell-White to others!
