  We recently had Maxwell White do some plumbing work in our home in Sparta. From the time we stopped in the West Salem showroom and consulted with Laurie to completion of the job by Billy, our experience lived up to not only our expectations but also to Maxwell White’s tagline…”Plumbing Done Right.” Billy is an extremely knowledgeable plumbing professional as well as a caring and considerate person. His focus from the time he stepped into our home to provide us with an estimate to the time he left after finishing the work was one of making sure we were satisfied not only with the products we selected but also with the installation of those products.   We are satisfied with whomever Maxwell White sends out to help us with our plumbing needs. In particular, Ben came to our house to help with servicing our water treatment system, and made recommendations on what we can do to improve our systems. Maxwell White will always be our first call. Everyone is so nice from the receptionists to service workers and they are always prompt in responding to appointment requests. You are the man Ben!

  Both Jo and Lucas were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about their service and explained details very clearly. Explained the different options we have to help solve this revolving issue. Will definitely recommend this company for future service.

  Joe and Brendon arrived on time and quickly got to work at cleaning out our sewer line. They were here for about 2 hours and when they left you would have never known they were even here. They cleaned up so well after they completed their job. Joe explained and showed us what the line looked like before they left as well. What an awesome group of people. This company goes well out of their way to do an exceptional job. Ben was the first person to come and open the sewer line, and he as well as Joe and Brendon were really great people to work with. As a company you should be very pleased that these men are your employees. And if you are looking for a great company to do any kind of plumbing or remodeling your bathroom or frankly whatever you need this is the company you want. Thank you to Maxwell White for always being there when we need you and for the outstanding work and awesome employees.

  Outstanding Service — Truly Above and Beyond I cannot say enough positive things about technicians Joe Peterson and Brenden from Maxwell-White Plumbing. These gentlemen delivered service that far exceeded expectations. Beyond being highly knowledgeable and technically skilled, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care throughout the entire visit. They were polite, thorough, and extremely competent at what they do. Not only did they resolve the immediate issue of my frozen pipes, but they also took the extra step to identify and address the root cause. I experienced a similar issue last year, and their level of concern in ensuring this would not become a recurring problem truly stood out. That level of integrity and ownership is rare. I had contacted multiple plumbing companies prior to calling Maxwell-White, and prices continued to escalate with no clear value. In contrast, this was top-tier service delivered at a very reasonable price — an outstanding return on investment. To say I appreciate the service provided today would be an understatement.
