  Terrible company!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Charged my elderly mother over $900 for about 2 hrs of work. Told her she needs a new faucet, which she does not - cost would be over $1k. Also told her she would need something new in her shower, which she does not! The two men who came out two separate days because I guess neither can do it all when it comes to plumbing, were in a hurry to leave. They failed to update her on things, only by her own discovery did she figure out her drain and toilet work now. The lack of communication coupled with telling her she needs to replace things that don't need replacing leaves me to say call somewhere else for your plumbing needs.

  We are very happy with the service we received today. We called a different plumber earlier in the week who told us he could probably come on Thursday or Friday. After not hearing from said plumber we called again just to be told it wouldn’t be until next week before he could come. We immediately called Maxwell White and they were able to come same day & fix our leak. Ben did a great job diagnosing the issue and having it fixed all within an hour. We will be using Maxwell White for any future plumbing needs.

  Maxwell White Plumbing offered prompt and convenient response time for my requested repair appointment. Their open and transparent communication regarding repair options and upfront pricing was fantastic. Our technician Tim was very professional and did a thorough job. He made me aware of the full home inspection they can provide for an additional fee and the value for it. Tim was very professional and accepting when I declined this option. I would highly recommend Maxwell white for any of your plumbing needs!

  Before Christmas I found a leak coming from the supply lines behind my washing machine. It was leaking thru the floor and into the basement. Yikes! Mark arrived in much less time than I expected and installed new quarter turn shut off faucets and hammer arrestors. They work so much easier than struggling with the old round handles in the small recess they are in. Mark also inspected all the other areas in the house where plumbing issues could arise and thankfully found none. However, my kitchen faucet ( the only hard water tap in the house ) was getting to the point where the mineral buildup and squeaking as it was turned, suggested a replacement in the near future. The smaller faucet I chose ( for my small kitchen ) Mark did not have on the truck since he had just installed it elsewhere. A call to the shop and another faucet was delivered promptly. That’s service! I appreciate Mark’s professional expertise and question answering, friendly personality, and patience ( giving me time to scrub the floor after he pulled out the washer ). I also value knowing the cost of everything before the work is started. Maxwell-White has great customer service from the original call to the finished job. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues for a very long time, but if I do, I know who I’ll call!

  Tyler and Tim came to look at our basement plumbing and a few other fixes we needed. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, but what we appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to move forward. They gave us three great tiers of options (low, middle, and high) so we could choose what worked best for our budget, and they even walked us through financing. The whole team—including the office staff—has been so friendly and helpful. We signed off on everything today (Tuesday), and despite it being a holiday week, they’ll be back this Monday to get it all done. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
