  One of our ceiling fans wouldn't power off after numerous attempts so I contacted Roman Electric first thing this morning. Thankfully they had an appointment available within a couple of hours of me calling them. I was hoping to get a same-day appointment and they delivered. Ricardo, the electrician assigned to the job, called me to let me know he would be at my house in 30 minutes. Sure enough, he showed up around 20-30 minutes later. Thumbs-up for punctuality and great communication! Ricardo did an excellent job replacing the malfunctioning ceiling fan with a decent-looking flush mount ceiling fixture that he had in his work van (we were happy we didn't have to make a trip to Home Depot to get one). We also requested that he add a dimmer switch to the new ceiling fixture and he completed that quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased and impressed with Ricardo, and will be sure to call to request him for future electrical jobs. We were so happy you sent an experienced, efficient, and friendly electrician such as Ricardo to our house. Outstanding service! Thank you!

  FANTASTIC service! Absolutely every aspect of the experience was better than expected. The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was SUPER helpful, kind and friendly, AND she was able to confirm an appointment within a couple of days! Amazing. On the day of the appointment we were the first appointment scheduled. The electrician called to let us know they were on their way and arrived right on time. Brandon and Jim were both extremely polite, courteous,very respectful of our house, and super friendly. We needed an exhaust fan in our bathroom, that hadn't worked since we bought our house, replaced and an outlet repaired. I thought it would be a simple swap of old to new, but it turned out to be much more complicated! Brandon gave us an estimate before they began the work, kept us informed as they did the work, and talked us through what was done when the work was completed. Not only did they do a great job, but they made sure everything was aesthetically pleasing as well as working properly. I will admit, I was very nervous about scheduling an appointment as I had heard horror stories about no-shows, scheduling delays, from contractors and tradesmen, but that was not the case at all! We are absolutely thrilled, highly recommend, and would definitely call Roman Electric again. Well done Roman!

  We had a crazy wind storm roll through our area last week. And we lost power. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes after that we had a very large aspen tree come down. It landed in our yard, and tangled up in the power wire to our home. WE Energies came out, restored power, and told us call your electrician and have him check this mast. I did not hesitate for a second, i called Roman. They did work for us when we bought this house 23 years ago and we never had any issues with their work. In fact we had our service updated and when the city inspector came he asked who did your update? I said Roman. He said their the best. I said yes, they did work at my old house. They are highly skilled, very friendly, clean up afterwards. I always recommend them. Great job today as always! Thanks Roman!!

  I had Roman Electric come out Monday to do a furnace tune-up, and ever since they touched my furnace my heat has not been working properly. Before they came, my furnace was working perfectly fine and getting super hot like it’s supposed to. Now it’s only blowing air that barely gets warm, and my house is freezing. Right now it’s 24° outside, and my house is beyond cold. The crazy part is there were no issues before the tune-up. After they serviced it, that’s when the problem started. It’s extremely frustrating to pay a company to service your furnace and then end up with less heat than you had before they came. I have kids and pets in the house, so this situation is unacceptable. I expected professional service and for them to stand behind their work, but instead I’m dealing with a freezing house after a simple tune-up. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
