  Great service! Julian worked very efficiently, found the problem, was persistent in clearing even stubborn lines, and was able to bet the furnace and blower working again in a minimal amount of time. Would highly recommend him and Roman Electric again.

  My technician, Jordan, did an excellent job on my lighting installation. He was very efficient, polite, and his attention to detail with the post-installayion clean-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Jordan as a Roman Home Services technician! Please post Jordan's picture with the other Roman Home Services tech pictures. PS - The pricing for the light switch replacements were EXTREMELY high! Technical staff great, front office staff need to ACCURATELY schedule appointments, and some of the basic electrical services are priced too HIGH!

  Jordan was friendly and helpful. He showed us a no contact volt tester that we could purchase from a hardware store. It looks like a real handy tool. He gave us advice on options to help the esthetics of the porch light area where he was working since the footprint of our old light was bigger than our new light. Two thumbs up!

  Ricky was an incredible asset in getting our new home updated and ready to use for modern living. He installed an entire new circuit breaker, new outlets, new data ports, rewiring for a modern garage door opener and made sure all of the loose wiring and unsafe fuse boxes were up to code. He was always punctual and made sure to contact us for any questions he came across during his work. If all of the service people with Roman are like Ricky then I could not recommend them enough.

  Roman Home Services was great! We had been having some issues with standing water in the kitchen sink and standard DIY solutions weren't helping. Alex F. was our technician. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. He walked me through a few different options for what we needed and thoroughly explained all of the services. He provided approximate cost totals as we went through everything so there was no "sticker shock". We decided on the best solution for the sink issue(s) together. I didn't feel pressured or upsold on anything. Alex was punctual, kind, and proficient. I really appreciate his skill and the time he took to to make sure everything was done right. He didn't rush through the work and made sure everything was cleaned up and in good working order before he left. Alex made a situation I was very anxious about easier to handle. I'm grateful he was able to make the whole thing more manageable. 10/10 I've already recommended him and Roman to our neighbors! Also, getting the text update that Alex was on his way, which included his picture, was great. We knew who to expect and what time they'd get to the house. We had decided to call Roman strictly based on their Google reviews, so I hope this helps someone else make their decision when they're unsure who to call.
