They did not have the Ignitor our furnace required, and could not get it until Monday. They needed to order the part. The temperature in the house was 50° and it was in the 20's outside. Monday, I was told they couldn't get the part until Tuesday afternoon. I have tenants with 2 little boys, so I contacted E&R. They sent somone right over and within an hour, I had heat for $400.00 less than the estimate I had received from the other company.
