- SASteve AugsburgerOct 10, 20251.0Called this place for service. They made every excuse as to not come out and look at the unit. . First to busy then what kind . Then they couldnt get parts. All without even putting eyes or a man at the site. Declins a service call and not even look at the unit. Not what i would call service friendly at all. If there was a lower rating i would use it. At least the office person needs to be retrained in customer servixe. Sad to say the least.
