- RRRMDec 8, 20251.0Beware everyone. Paul charged us more than double the estimate. Didn’t complete the job. We had to hire someone to fix what he didn’t finish and now we have additional repairs because of him. It says a lot when five star reviews are by the owner and family. Beware everyone!

Best of all they return phone calls of they dont answer immediately. This fix was relatively easy loose wire on thermostat. But we had to heat. I own a duplex and they've help before, this time, and definitely in the future!!

He was able to get it work again and charged me 124, but my furnace died the next day. I got it to work again for about a week. Saturday before the sub temps for the upcoming week, I couldn't get my furnace to work...so I called Paul again. He came, but didn't get it to work this time. He charged me 135. I called him later that evening to get a new furnace. Appointment was made for the upcoming Monday morning at 8am. Monday rolls around and I haven't heard back from him or the company. I called at noon and left messages on both phones and no return call. I called again the next day and left another message, and still no return call. Still no word today and this is April 2019.
