Arrangement was made for him to get in and after assessing the problem he called and we discussed what was going to be done. The charge for service was agreed upon and once the service was completed payment was made.

At first he thought there was two lines he would have to clear. After doing the first line from our kitchen sink upstairs he came to the conclusion that was the only one that needed to be done and ended up saving us money from what he originally quoted me. Very personable and consultative. I will call them with any other plumbing issues in the future. Thanks for your prompt and professional service!
