Larry K was the installer that did the work. He arrived on time, went over all the work that he would be doing over the course of the two day job and got to work. The tub was cast iron. Obviously Larry was up to the job, before too long it was out and the walls were stripped back to the studs. Throughout the install Larry kept us informed on what he was doing, made sure any questions we had were answered. The project was completed on time and looks wonderful!! We are very happy with Mad City, Larry, and the product.

Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the walk in shower I wanted. They received the fixtures they needed a couple of weeks sooner than expected. Ryan was the person that did the installation and did a fantastic job, there weren’t any issues or messes left, not even dust. They have a great warranty and I’m happy. Jerry in Rhinelander

When the installation was complete, we could've had a party in there! The old tub and all materials were taken away (and it was messy!) and disposed of by Mad City. My husband and I love that all products are American made and guaranteed for ANY problems that may arise. My husband built our house - he could've done this project but we were very happy to have Mad City with their expertise and knowledge do it for us! THANK YOU MAD CITY!!
