He installed 2 toilets, 2 faucets and shut offs in bathrooms. Looks wonderful and things operating well. Cost was reasonable and we got our new home upgraded. Well worth it!

He examined our water heater and clearly explained the condition of the unit and what may be the issue. He answered all of our questions then gave us several options on how to proceed. We received the estimate for the next possible service within the hour. There was a service fee of $99 plus a trip charge because we live an hour away ($99). Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

Due to the holidays we had to wait a few days for our new furnace, however, it was worth the wait! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, competent, and did what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Fraisers!
- RTRyan TDec 29, 20255.0After THREE calls to diagnose a sewer smell in our basement when running laundry, Adam finally found the culprit! It turned it out to be a small hole in the top of a pipe from previous owner drilling into the floor. 🤦 Both times Adam came out, he was patient, talked me through many aspects, and tried problem-solving various tries until he found the hole. I was holding off on reviewing until I did laundry, and I'm happy to say, the smell is finally gone! Definitely recommend.

He was punctual, did a thorough job of testing current flow, quality, ph, iron and everything else he could. He then took the time to explain the results and how our problems could be addressed. He was polite and we enjoyed meeting with him and having him in our home. He will be forwarding a plan of options for us to consider n a few days.
