  mitch Carroll, did a wonderful job with my broken furnace, he figured it out that the vent tubes were to long on the outside and one was frosted 100% plugged with ice. then he checked and found the furnace wasent programed to the thermostat and re programed it. set the gas pressure on the furnace gas valve.mitch was very good at what he was doing. I would give him a 6 but I have to give him a 5 out of 5......realy it's a 6.a thanks for the whole team.

  Thank you to Fraisers Plumbing,Heating and Electrical especially Zach H and Luke V for installing the electrical and doing the startup on my Generac generator. Both guys were very knowledgeable and professional in what they were doing. They explained on how the equipment works. At the end of the job they cleaned up after the installation. I will call Fraisers for all my service needs.

  Chue V. is an excellent service man! He knew what to do for my furnace & what he serviced was communicated clearly. I agreed with & accepted his recommendations. Ordered a part & will gladly have him return to install. He was thorough, timely & efficient. Chue has a warm personality that is fitting for this work with a person like me.   Every team member at Frasier’s has been professional, very prompt, patient in answering questions (including silly ones), and has treated me the way I’d expect a good friend would treat me. Everything from the needs analysis & estimating, to furnace/AC/water heater installation in Aug 2025, to the post-install service call I needed today has exceeded my expectations. Frasier’s is anything but average, and I’m thrilled to have them on my side to care for my home.

  I had my April Air humidifier system checked today and Chue V was my service technician. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about what I needed done. I asked about my furnace filter as well and he didn't hesitate to check this for me and offered to put in a clean filter since replacement was due. I appreciate the convenience of him carrying the supplies I needed to maintain my HVAC system. Frasier's have provided excellent service since my first call to them to get a new heater and AC unit, as well as a water heater last spring. I highly recommend this company. Their employees are always very polite, professional and helpful. Thank you Chue V. for helping me out today, I appreciate it!
