  They were very clean And organized for Rep replacing the furnace and the air conditioning unit. I was very impressed with how organized they were. They did not waste any time putting this unit in and they knew how to do it and they got it done and I thank them for their service as well as the front office service to get this done in a timely manner. It’s very much appreciated.

  I was initially frustrated with how the first service call went. The technician spent several hours at my home without being able to diagnose the issue. I was informed that they would try to return the following day or by Monday at the latest, but neither occurred. I had to call to follow up myself, as I had not received any communication. However, the experience significantly improved when a different technician was sent out on Tuesday. Mitch K, was transparent, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to identified and resolved the furnace issue. I truly appreciate his expertise and dedication. He’s the only reason I would consider using this company’s services again.

  So, Fraisers if not always my first choice because I like giving my money to the underdog, the one man crew. Fraisers are expensive and try to sell you other services which is annoying. However, Fraisers availability, reliability, quality of work and customer service is worth the extra money sometimes. Our furnace died a couple days ago. I could not find any other HVAC repairmen available for over a week. Since winter is here and I am tired of being cold, we had no choice but to call Fraisers. Mitch showed up about midday, right when he said he would. He was listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions patiently. He fixed the furnace, offered some preventative maintenance options (of course) and finished up. The furnace is humming and putting out warm air again. The bill was surprisingly reasonable and now we are a happy warm family.

  Today, 11/14/25. Jeremiah B. came to install our new furnace. He did a great job and answered all my questions before packing up all his equipment and the old furnace. Thanks again Jeremiah! Caden did a great job explaining the issues we were having with our furnace. I would recommend their excellent customer service. On Sunday, 11/9, Brett M came and checked out our system to give us an accurate quote for purchasing a new furnace. He explained everything in detail and I decided to purchase a new furnace from Fraiser’s.

  Luke V. Gets 5 stars but Fraiser's as a whole only gets 4 Stars. I had to wait for almost 4 weeks to get an estimate for 2 projects I needed done. They were supposed to send a plumber and an hvac person. The day of the appointment they only sent the plumber. Cody ended up calling the office and they were able to get Luke V. (Hvac) to come out on short notice. Unfortunately do to conditions out of Luke's control he wasn't able to help me with the issue I had. So I ended up paying 2 trip charges and didn't get any of my projects taken care of.
