- GGGabrielleOct 30, 20255.0We had issues with our well and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the electrical as we had a plumber already replace the pump and a few other things. It was something simple but we couldn’t figure it out. These guys came the day after I called and were here in a timely fashion and very friendly and actually explain to me what I need to do to check it and replace it if it went out again. I would definitely recommend them and call them again!

Came when he said he would, was very efficient, and fixed problem right away. I have absolutely no issues with any small talk that we had; it only took place while we were waiting to make sure issue was resolved. All in all, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

He went so far above what was needed, I was extremely impressed. Without asking, he called to locate a dimmer replacement for my fixture, drove out to pick it up, and then installed it. He also replaced a screw on the switch plate without asking, and because it was a different color, he used a color pen to make it right. ALL WITHOUT MY ASKING! After two years of calling and calling other electricians, never getting a return call or being no-shows, along comes Steve from Bob’s Electric. . .I am so blessed! Thanks so much, I am your forever fan!
