  My aunt and uncle hired these people for drywall services some time ago and my aunt and uncle found out that some of the workers had been drinking on the job and took more than several days to fix a simple task . Maybe other people like that the people they hire drink while working on there home. Alpine workers are irresponsible and they should know better. Maybe OSHA should pay them a visit. They do not work safe. And can improve on there work ethics. Please look somewhere else before choosing them my aunt and uncle are older people and deserved better work on there home.

  We hired this Company to insulate and drywall our new 24x30 detached garage. As soon as I sent them a signed copy of the accepted bid, I never heard from them again. Our job was unique in that I needed someone to come install a sheet of drywall on the ceiling right away for our HVAC contractor, and Alpine even wrote this on the proposal saying they would come and get this done right away. After several contact attempts over 3.5 weeks, no responses. We fired them over email at 9pm and wouldn’t you know it, I had an email from them the next morning. They just lost out on an almost $10,000 job. We have since contacted and hired another company who just 4 days later is at our house starting the project. Do not hire these people. Trust the reviews. What a headache.

  Listen to the reviews, this place is awful. There is no communication or even effort at communication. I should have taken it as a huge red flag when I couldn't get the sales person to return my calls before they did the work, nor could I get him to commit to a date to do the work when I finally had the main office coerce him into calling me back. Once they did the work, they completely botched it, filling my soffit vents with insulation, leaving me with a nice roof dam. Attempts to contact them about it just result in them telling you that you have to talk to the sales person who to this day has never answered the phone when I have called and will not call me back. After once again contacting the home office he came out to look at it, promised to call by the end of the day and of course never did. At this point, the only way I see this ending is in court. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

  We had reached out to Sam over the phone, he sounded willing to work with us for the insulation of our new home addition. After a couple of email correspondences, I haven't heard from him in over a month. I hope he is ok. Unfortunate for them we had to take our business to another local provider.

  Tim was a good guy to work with, and they provided good insulation jobs at good prices on two different projects for us; one was a spay-in foam insulation job, and the other was an attic cellulose insulation job. Will contact them again if we need more insulation work done.
