  I had a frustrating experience with Water Doctors that took over 6 weeks to complete what should have been a straightforward service. On March 3rd, I scheduled an appointment expecting my RO system to be serviced. I received confirmation that a technician was on the way, but when Wayne arrived, he explained that he handles sales—not service—and that I would need a separate technician appointment. This was disappointing, as it wasn’t communicated beforehand. During that visit, I was told we likely needed a full water softener replacement (estimated around $4,000). However, at a later appointment, a technician was able to repair the existing system instead—so that initial recommendation felt unnecessary and added to the confusion. I was told multiple times that “the office would call to schedule,” but that never happened. After both the first and second appointments, I had to follow up myself, including dealing with phone tag just to get scheduled. Even receiving a quote for the RO system took several days. While the work was eventually completed, the overall process felt disorganized and time-consuming. I knew from the beginning that I needed a technician, but instead started with a sales visit, which delayed everything. I’d recommend clearer communication, better scheduling follow-through, and ensuring the correct type of appointment is booked the first time.

  We installed reverse osmosis at our business in anticipation of coffee service. Amber, John and Elliott do amazing work and are very efficient! We're very happy with our new RO system!

  Great service! I have 25+ year old Kinetico water softener and drinking system for my well water that needed some help but was leary of putting much money into it. The folks at Water Doctors explained how to do a tank cleaning as well as change filters they had in stock. I even received a follow up call within an hour to answer a question about the tank draining and how to check the float which solved my problem. All this for the cost of the filters overdue for changing anyway. Excellent business all around!

  Special shout out to John and Tina because we had been dealing with a really bad smell in our well water for quite a while, and it was especially concerning because we have young kids at home. We wanted to make sure the water they were drinking was safe and clean, but we didn’t know where to start. They came out to my house and spent two hours going over our homes water system. From the first call,Water Doctors was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to test our water, clearly explain what was causing the odor, and walk us through the treatment options without any pressure. They installed the right system for our home, and the difference was immediate. The smell is completely gone, and the water tastes fresh and clean. What really stood out was how much they cared about making sure our family had safe drinking water. They answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in the solution. We finally have peace of mind knowing our kids are drinking clean, safe water every day. I highly recommend them to anyone with water issues especially if you’re concerned about your family’s health.
