  I chose Premier Garage to coat my garage floor—an excellent upgrade in the Midwest due to winter conditions. The floor is easy to clean with a hose. After two winters, the epoxy is holding up well, with only a slight color change from the tires. Additionally, because they offer cabinet work, they could install baseboards for a nice finish touch, setting them apart from the competition.

  The entire process went smoothly. The garage floor looks great! I knock a star because I wish they would have plastic covered the finished areas of the garage as the grinding process leaves a heavy dust residue everywhere! This is the second time I’ve had the floor done. The first time, the entire garage was empty. I should have realized and did it myself. But it would be a nice touch for premier garage to cover items before grinding.

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. BY FAR. Signed a contract in April 2021 My wife and I were told the cabinets and flooring would be done within a month, so we cut them a check for half down so they could order the cabinets. At the end of May, no cabinets and no contact from Tailored Living. We called and emailed several times before getting a response. The response was that everything would be installed by the end of June. We explained that we were understanding, but needed to be informed and kept up to date. That never happened without constant nagging. Again we didn't hear anything from Tailored living. This continued until the beginning of August. I left an email cancelling the order and demanding my money back if everything wasn't installed within 10 days. What do you know, suddenly everything was ready to go. We set up installation, and when they left, we were missing 1/3 of what we ordered. We were told it was coming in the next 9-10 days and they would finish. No communication in September, October or November. Finally at the beginning of December, after NO communication for 4 months, we get an email stating that Everything was in and could install. We made it very clear in an email that Everything needed to be in, and were insured that we were good to go and everything was ready. The installer was great, did a very nice job, except everything was still not installed. 2 weeks later my wife gets a call saying we have "a Past Due Invoice and they are coming over to collect". WE NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE! HOW CAN IT BE PAST DUE? Later that day the owner, Brian called me asking for money. I told him I would pay everything except $2,000 to make sure they finished the job, but asked for an invoice. Brian promised to send me an invoice several times. Of course, he never sent the invoice. Communication at this place is Horrible. By far the worst communication I have ever had. I will Never use this company again. On a side note, the product and installation was very good, and so were the installers, but the overall experience sucked. Update March 15, 2022. The under cabinet lighting fixtured were finally installed today, just short of 11 months since the contract was signed. The new issue is they did not connect the lights to any power. They drilled holes in all the cabinets to install the fixtures and hung cords throughout the new cabinets. The issue is the plug in for the lights are all in the middle of the cabinets. There are no outlets anywhere near the plugs. Tailored living is claiming to have 100% finished the job, but the lights are not operable. It was suggested to us that we hire a licensed electrician to finish the installation.
