  We worked with Tom and a little bit with Mike. The communication from start to finish was great and the quality of our flooring was lovely. We are very happy with the end product. They are very honest and do not overcharge. Good showroom. We got multiple quotes, and this was definitely the best. We were moving into a new house and trying to get the floors done before moving in all of our items and furniture and they worked with our Quick timeline effectively and came back promptly to adjust one vent and one panel that needed relocking. They made it super easy for us with us being out of state and updated us on everything along the way with phone calls and photos. They were sure to offer us the best solution for our stairs, even though it was different than what they had initially expected due to the layout of our home. They are very fair and I definitely trust them. They are happy to build a long-term relationships and I am very happy we worked with them. I would highly recommend you do the same!

  My New Floors was an excellent choice for the floors in my basement that I'm finishing. Their choice of carpets and LVP, customer service and competitive pricing were all great. I highly recommend this local business for anyone in Waukesha County and beyond.

  We had a LARGE commercial job - having to work with cubicle areas, private offices, and public space. The installers we had were exceedingly efficient, conscientious and precise. The job was done on schedule and it looks GREAT!! I would definitely use them again.

  Five stars all around- in an industry with little technology and communication My New Floors was a breath of fresh air. They were prompt and often over delivered on promises, timeframes, and deadlines. Would highly recommend to anyone!

  We had our old carpets ripped and new carpets installed and also had new natural hardwood floors installed. We opted this to be done when we were on vacation and Tom Rebro our flooring consultant took all the care for this to be done at the time of our choice. It was a huge project and a little stressful with making little changes but Tom was always available via phone, text or email and made it feel easy for us so that we could enjoy our vacation. The final outcome was great looking floors and carpeting. I loved the quality of work which was excellent and would highly recommend My New Floors Inc to anyone who is interested in installing new floors or carpets.
