That I can understand. However, the referred person sent me an email telling me that "it would be better if I came in to the store." My return reply was "what brand do you carry so I can look it up online." No response now for a week. It seems to me they have no time for me unless I come in.They lost my potential business.

The price quote came in at $2900! Really! We went to a building supply store in Johnson Creek and bought adhesive tiles, and put them down ourselves, for the cost of about $65.

Our sales rep Jeremy was extremely helpful in picking out product we loved and within our budget. I believe our first showing only took about 10 minutes because all of the samples brought out matched exactly what we were looking for. The installers were very kind and knowledgeable. After all said and done we have beautiful floors, under budget, and are very happy customers.
