We bought an existing home with aged HVAC - an AC unit went out at the final walkthrough. Mike was the only Geneva Lakes HVAC that answered our weekend emergency call - and he completed the install before closing. He's reliable, trustworthy, with great service and reasonable pricing. Recently, we made the mistake of using another company for a $50 tune-up special and ended up being scammed into $4,000 worth of unnecessary work. Our furnace then failed, and we immediately called Mike for help. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to document every issue that the other company had installed incorrectly so we can take the matter to small claims court. It’s been a nightmare, but Mike and 2 Seasons Heating have been the one bright spot in all of this. We will only be calling 2 Seasons from now on. Mike is straightforward about your options, never tries to upsell unnecessary services, and truly looks out for his customers. Highly recommend.

Major componets had to be ordered before they could be installed. The minute the parts arrived, he was there to finish the job. Over the years 2 seasons Heating and Cooling have not let us down in terms of equipment and repair (that is not very frequent). We recommend them to others.
