They say they offer a guarantee of workmanship and materials, but they have not returned a dozen calls and multiple emails. Apparently once they cash your check they just write you off and forget about you, failing to back up their shoddy work. I don't what happened to this business, maybe it used to be respectable when the father ran it and the son is just incompetent and irresponsible. But my experience with them is that they are crooked liars and cheats, and you should not use them in any circumstances. They cannot be bothered to return a simple phone call, and give you fake guarantees that they do not honor.

He dealt directly with my insurance to talk through cost discrepancies, which was a huge help. His team did a beautiful job repairing my roof and gutters — they look like new!
