  Adam the technician was very courteous, he was very smart, and worked quick. He came to work on a commercial A/C unit last minute when our landlord wouldn't send someone out. We didn't have access to everything we needed (breaker box was locked in a room we couldn't access), however, he was able to troubleshoot the unit using the tools he had and from his vast knowledge and experience. His diagnosis was spot on! Before Adam came last night I had gotten a courtesy call as well from another gentleman to confirm he was coming and gave me an update! It was great having such detailed follow up and follow through! When I spoke with the office the next day they were great! Theresa/Teresa (forgive the spelling) was super great! She was funny, personable, and a true delight! You all saved the day!! 5 Gold Stars for everyone!!

  The AC hit a bump in the road. TPCC was on-call for the holiday and they took the time to listen to what the issue was, listened to what we had done to trouble shoot, walked me through the pricing, schedule and how it all works. Their employee showed up, was professional, we got the AC fixed straight away. And, we already scheduled our future annual maintenance. Thank you!

  TPCC is a wonderful family owned company. They reply promptly, and help any way they can. Show up on time prepared. Are respectful to my home and family. Will be a life time costumer.

  Short story: One tech came out, correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. Called back after a week without heat to get another person tell us the first guy didn't know what he was doing, and was wrong. They begrudgingly came out to double check when we said we weren't ordering another heater that day, and decided the first guy was probably right. Came back later that day with the part, but decided no, he was really right, and the first guy was wrong after all and we needed a different part. Quoted us 3 times the price I can find myself online, and said we should just get a new furnace. We called another place on Monday and found out the part we were told required a full furnace replacement was not broken. The other place fixed us right up. Tl,dr; No follow up, fought among themselves, tried to strong arm me into a new furnace and over quoted a part.
