  TPCC was recommended to me by several co-workers so I called for an estimate for a mini-split system. They came the very next day and had the estimate ready by the end of that day. We were going to get another estimate but we were so pleased with what we had already seen from the company that we just decided to go with them. The installers were fantastic! Eric and Justin were attentive to our wishes, they were friendly and worked together as a team in a clean, speedy and detailed manner. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company or the installation of our mini-split

  Purchased split system AC/heat pump. Replaced 20 yr old leaking AC unit. From quote to install completion 2 weeks. Great crew. Fast install, no mess left, the crew cleaned up area everyday. Professional nice looking no sloppy job of install. Salesman Joerg Rosebrock knew what he was selling and did an excellent job explaining how the units work and what was included in the install. Highly recommend Twin Ports Custom Climate.

  What an amazing crew of guys, and the ladies in the office are top-notch. This company will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure that you and your family are cold in the summer, and warm in the winter.
