We’ve had a water softener installed, leaking sewer pipe fixed, outdoor faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed, leaky toilet fixed, and old piping replaced under a crawl space. He’s also done the gas lines in two homes for new stoves.
- TSTom SiebersAug 10, 20231.0We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add "Not Reliable" Don't hire this guy!
