- TBTed BFeb 6, 20261.0WAY WAY overpriced service. I called them because my shower was leaking and I figured it was just needing a new cartridge. A new Kohler unit is about $60 online. When I asked for the price before I called they said on the phone it was $99 service charge and the the cost of the part. I figured the cost of the part with an upcharge would maybe be $100 and I would be ok with that to have is done fast and correct. MY BILL WAS $500 FOR ALL PARTS AND LABOR

I called Action and Ethan called me back within 15 seconds (not joking) and helped me troubleshoot. This is the only company to call in this area. I’d give more stars if I could.

The person they sent out this time was unprofessional and would not explain why my kitchen faucet broke, even after I asked him multiple times. Didn't even look under the sink, just said that I would need an entirely new faucet. Then immediately left to go get gas which took over 20 minutes.
