  I have used Cardinal for a lot of years. Having a year account I pay very little overall and have the Heating system cleaned in the fall and the Cooling system cleaned in the spring. They check the systems and let me know what the cost will be before replacing anything. During the year We have very few problems that would be emergencies. There trucks are well stocked and very seldom need to have a part brought in.

  We have been using Cardinal Heating and Cooling for several years. Today we had smart thermostats installed. The technician was on time, friendly and efficient. The installation went smoothly and he helped us get the thermostats connected to our Wi-Fi and Apple Home. He showed us how to use the features and checked that all functions were working properly. It’s a great feeling to know that everything works perfectly.

  Did not know what the problem was originally, reached out to Cardinal. Alex was at my house less than 3 hours after calling Cardinal. He was professional, transparent about everything he was doing and made sure I was understood what he was doing every step of the way. Was the issue because my toddler put rocks down a furnace exhaust, sure was.

  Everyone was SO friendly. Our heater went out over the weekend, they had someone here same day who was able to give us a temporary fix. Evan was very friendly and professional and explained everything to me very clearly. I never felt like they were trying to convince me to spend money on things I didn’t need to. The communicated well with me throughout the process to keep me updated on ETA. I have no complaints, I’ll be using them to replace this furnace in the near future!

  My furnace went out back in January. Someone came that Sunday to check everything out. Cardinal had everyone out to my house replacing my furnace a couple of days later! I opted to get a new air conditioner as well, since mine was pretty old. The Cardinal Crew were so professional, fast, and friendly! I called more recently (March) to have someone check a corroded pipe on my water heater. One of their plumbers came out, said he could do it right away, and was done in minutes! I'm so impressed with the availability, quickness, and professionalism of Cardinal's employees! Thank you so much for the great jobs you have done for me!
