  I have used Action for our heating, plumbing and electrical upgrades. They have always been professional, informative and efficient. Mike was here today to work on a humidification issue and just affirmed our belief that Action will continue to be our service company of choice.

  Greg from action plumbing were absolutely awesome they were super responsive and timely and when they came they got the job figured out super fast so we were able to get back to using the bathroom and get the mess cleaned up the right way this was what had to be opened and taken care of from the clog that occurred and nobody was able to find except action plumbing. I definitely recommend there services. Thanks again for the rapid response time on a Friday.

  Ethan R. was knowledgeable and honest. We called in a panic over the weekend due to a leak in our old main water shut off. He knew what the problem was with my vague explanation and provided a solution over the phone and saved us the off-hours charge. He recommended a ball valve shut off for a better and easier seal. I was able to make an appointment with Ethan two days later to replace the shut off. He was done in under an hour and explained the mechanism and how it worked so that I understood. Overall great and easy process.

  Had a water heater leak. Got scheduled quickly (next day, which is great considering the wild amounts of snow), the tech Ethan ID'd the problem quickly, and I ended up with a new water heater. Same day installation, pretty quick. Both guys were super friendly and respectful of the space/my house. (I accidentally fell asleep on the couch in the middle of installation and they used the back door to keep from disturbing me. <3 much appreciated. Also Ethan cleared the snow out of the end of my driveway??? Bless your whole self?? Thank you???) Overall, great experience. About what I expected for the invoice. 👍

  Our condo showers upstairs were not delivering hot water that stayed hot and it was affecting the sinks and laundry water temperature and very delayed times to keep hot water hot and to make hot water reach all the bathrooms. Troy, our plumber, was able to troubleshoot this issue and asked a lot of questions and tested and checked all the faucets and all bathrooms until he narrowed down the culprit. So we received new sink and shower cartridges and he found a failed hot water heater burner and that was part of the problem. So new parts are being shipped soon including the dip tube in the water heater tank and he will return to install soon. Troy was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t mind explaining in detail what he was doing. He even came earlier than expected on his visits. Hess a great down to the earth professional who doesn’t cut corners or look for easy fixes that aren’t effective.
