- DWDean Witter4 days ago5.0Found out we needed a new water softener and while the price was more than I expected, the service rep Grant was very understanding and helpful in coming up with a (smaller tank) solution that worked for us. He did offer expensive add-ons that I’m sure he’s required to mention, but he wasn’t aggressive about it and didn’t pressure me, otherwise I would have gotten another company to come in for an estimate because I don’t tolerate high-pressure sales tactics. Thankfully, Grant was not like that at all. Very professional and understanding, and he seemed to have a good grasp of his products and explained them well. Grant was also very fast and thorough in his install, cleaning up when he was finished, too. Now, I’m hopeful that this unit will last us for another decade at least. 🤞
