  Whoa 🤯 we are blown away by the outstanding work that this company did on our lake home. If you don’t choose this company to work with to make your dream home/cabin you need to reconsider your choice immediately because the crew is prompt, detail oriented, and very responsive to all calls and texts. They were amazing to work with- our lake home is absolutely stunning! We are blown away by all of the meticulous details and even more so the great team of people that accompanied the work. Thank you all and we look forward to enjoying our lake home for years to come and working with Tice construction in the future. Do it nice, not twice…go with Tice!

  Scott, Greg, JoAnn and Lisa are absolutely the best people to trust building a new lake home. Tice construction’s understanding of the build process with great attention to detail, build quality, transparency, patience, flexibility, and binding schedule is second to none. I have not worked with a company that truly lives by “getting it right and making the customer happy”. Tice construction is a company with great people, years of experience and dedication to building more than just home. Tice has given our family a place to enjoy for many generations. Thank you!!

  Working with Tice Construction for my new home build was amazing. For me the process was overwhelming at times - so many choices! Scott and Greg were helpful with insight on design and product choices. I made some changes during the construction process based on suggestions they made and I love the design and flow of my custom built retirement home. I highly recommend the team at Tice.

  The Tice Construction team exceeded our expectations and really brought our dream cabin plans to life! Scott Tice met with us on our empty undeveloped land back in the beginning and guided us through the whole process. They were great communicators and had awesome subcontractors. We are super proud of our modern custom build and we highly recommend these quality builders.
