  Our original installation was for three sliding doors. All three were not the correct color ordered. ParkVue, the window manufacturer had made an error. Spooner window and door were helpful at coming to a solution and providing us with the correct sliding doors. The second installation was okay. The doors were closer to the ordered windows but the bottom sash was not stained the correct color. The original interior trim was removed and discarded and replaced with “custom trim” that is not finished well at all. This was never communicated to me that they would be tossing the original trim that matches the rest of the cabin. As you can see in the photos, they are in need of hiring a carpenter. I was sick of dealing with them so I decided I would complete the job myself. Horrible communication. 3 stars,but that’s being generous.

  Great customer service. Would highly recommend. We ordered a glass tabletop to protect our dining room table. Beautiful and functional.

  We had Spooner Window & Door repair / replace siding on our cabin and replace our garage door. The siding on the cabin was rotting in various areas plus a previous contractor had done shoddy work that needed to be fixed. Mitch came out assessed the situation, answered many questions and provided a quote promptly. Mitch & his assistant did the work as soon as the materials came in. They were on time & worked diligently to get the job done before winter. The home office was very responsive as well to many emails from me. 😄 I was very happy in the results and would definitely hire them for future projects.

  Prior owners of Spooner Window & Door, had my cabin windows installed by other owners of Spooner Window/Doors in '02,'05. Called up Spooner Window in '18 to repair dry rot around installed low E windows. Person came out and looked at what needed too be done, and said he would contact me about appraisal. He never contacted me by e-mail, or phone. Mid June of '22, made a call to Spooner Window and spoke to a Mark, who said they do repairs of around windows and said he will leave this info concerning this to his assistant. I called Spooner Window today, 6/29/22, spoke to some one concerning previous conversation with Mark, she did not have info available to her and said she would get back to me by July 1.
