Fixed it quickly, kept me involved, used a scope camera to show me all the details I would normally never see in my furnace, educated me on what he sees. Got my permission to do the repair, plus some general maintenance stuff. Did the work, then gave me an evaluation of what he fixed, what may need attention soon and also got us hooked up with a maintenance plan.
