  The installers nicked up my freshly painted living room walls when they unrolled the carpet. When I complained to the owner he just said "I suppose that can just happen." I asked him to discount the installation but he would not. In response to the owner's comment: Yes, this is definitely the correct store, but to be fair it happened a while ago.
