I stopped in, and within a day or two, they had the carpet installed—fitting me in right away due to a cancellation. They offered me a few different options and were flexible with letting me handle parts of the job myself, like pulling up the carpet. They even followed up with pictures to make sure everything was handled properly. The price was fair, the communication was solid, and the overall experience was smooth. I was very impressed and will absolutely be using them again for future rental property projects.
