As a business owner myself, this kind of thing really irks me. I have called B&N and left a message 3 days in a row. First one I gave all the details of the job, address, phone. I also explained when I needed it done by as we are selling the home with a closing date established. Finally, I asked to please call me back either way, even if it's to tell me they couldn't do the job. I called the next 2 days and asked again if they could at least call me back even if it's to decline. It's now 2 days after my 3rd call (5 days total) and I have never received a reply. I understand if you've got a big job and don't have time for mine, or whatever. But to simply not answer, to not take 30 seconds and call me back, is just poor business. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this just makes someone feel awful .... to not be important enough for a simple reply. Hope you guys can improve the responsiveness in the future.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. We hired B&N to hang drywall, mud, and texture. We got three quotes but picked B&N because of their professionalism and reasonable cost.
They were highly responsive at every step in the process. Bennett was on time, professional, and showed he had lots of experience during the quote. Katie did an outstanding job communicating the project schedule.
Finally, Jayson, Bennett, and Jaime did a great job on the jobsite. They were on time every morning and were constantly cleaning up after themselves.
Most importantly, the final product was phenomenal.
We would recommend them and will be using them again!
