Called the office on Monday morning and although they were booked until the following week, they managed to free someone up to take care of my goof. Jim was my tech and he was great, friendly and took the time to show me where I went wrong. Great experience all around!

So I argue with the jerk owner who claims the guy shouldn't have given me a quote so he isn't honoring it. Then the a hole sued me. Because they can't properly estimate a job. All they did was put in an electrical outlet for my stove. Completely unethical.
