  Went in one time to explore having a door light replaced on a recently installed door, and left my number because it was busy . Did not hear back. Went in a second time, and was given a website to go find one instead. Did not go in there personally to be directed towards a website. Having said that, other projects have gone extremely well.

  I searched for a company to replace doors in my home. It was very difficult to find a company to even come and give a quote. Falls Glass came out within a week and looked at the job and listened to what I wanted. I got a quote in about a week and after some back and forth on hardware decisions, settled and ordered the doors. I own a side by side so 2 doors each side. I can say the process was smooth. It takes a while to get the doors. I ordered in October and the install was just completed this week. I expressed my concerns to them about the delay I felt it was taking too long. After their explanation I felt bad for complaining. With holidays in there the factories had shut downs, hard to get products in a timely fashion, etc. I could not be happier with these doors! The crews that put them in are top notch. Very respectful and polite. Was so great and refreshing. I knew my doors were bad, but not that bad. I can feel such a difference in the temps in my house already. Cleaned up their mess and took every piece of scrap with them. This company will go the extra mile for you and I will recommend them hands down. Special thanks to Jason and Jeff, appreciate all the help! Becky Schueller

  I write on behalf of my mother as a warning to any single family homeowners who are considering Falls Glass. My mom had a very difficult and unprofessional experience with Falls Glass. She ordered a residential fireplace and the whole process took seven months. She called regularly to check on the status of the order with no call backs. She also drove out there personally to politely check on the progress with the fireplace. Promises were made with no follow through. She asked to speak to the owner, Jeff, to resolve the issue. He was rude and condescending, stating it was in the carpenter’s hands and there was nothing he could do. After several more weeks of no communication, the fireplace was delivered and installed. And the mantle was stained instead of painted!! Once again, my mom had to drive to Falls Glass to ask for a resolution. Jeff was again dismissive and rude, stating that the whole fireplace would have to be torn out and re-done at the shop. Finally, she said she would keep it and paid the balance. Falls Glass clearly does not prioritize customer service, timeliness or ensuring that the work is done correctly for single family homeowners.

  So I guess I could just let my pictures speak for themselves. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home and after being given the opportunity to repair it they caused additional damage. Jeff, the owner, was beyond rude and very sneaky. He's going behind my back to try to avoid paying me. And this was the final job by the way. They considered this finished. About $25,000 worth of nothing. Edit: yes that is them siliconing the broken wall and the saw cuts that they put in my wall. For some weird reason they added silicone to my wall. Edit 2: corrected price for accuracy
