  Trying to leave my place in northern Wisconsin to get home for Thanksgiving. Tyler at Elite Overhead Door said employees gone for holiday but he could tell me how to fix it myself. His instructions worked. Now that's a person and a business. Helped me out when others said make an appointment. Thanks Tyler
