  After RENTING two systems for 8 years and one goes on the fritz I am advised that I need to put in a different system (renters don’t get new systems) at my expense with auto pay attached to all new installations. Including missing work two times since they can only advise that the technician will arrive between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, I will be missing another day at work to have both systems removed. In addition anytime I would have them add salt the charge added to my bill was outrageous so I always took care of it since $100 a month was enough for me for both systems. Also be aware if you are receiving a paper bill monthly then you are paying $3.00 charge for that (so I was paying $6.00 monthly just to receive my bills)!
