- GWGreg WollerAug 9, 20221.0Unethical Business Practices! Poor Business Processes! I Rented equipment for the weekend returned Sunday night to their lot. This is what they told me to do. I filled up one unit with gas and the other with diesel fuel like I was supposed to. I have receipts to prove it. When they checked equipment in Monday morning one machine was empty the other was half gone. (someone stole gas from the units) Even though this is exactly where they told me to place the machines when I returned them they charged my card for the fuel. They told me they do not have a camera over there. If you have to rent from them return items in person and have them sign off that everything is returned properly or they will charge you extra! I Guess I am lucky that the items were not stolen (leave the key under the mat policy) I would be on the hook for $100k
